Conversational AI Product Intern

About this role

About the role: - Contribute to the creation and refinement of voice-based AI agents that conduct natural conversations - Transform linguistic insights and user feedback into effective prompts that guide AI behavior - Test AI agents rigorously by using regional slang, sudden interruptions and unanticipated scenarios to expose weaknesses - Assess the accuracy of speech-to-text systems across different regional dialects - Evaluate the naturalness and quality of text-to-speech output in your language - Review the quality, coherence and cultural appropriateness of responses generated by large language models - Review and analyze the technical foundations of conversational AI systems What we're looking for: - Native-level fluency in Gujarati, Kannada or Malayalam, with strong ability to speak, read and write in the language - Competence in English - Keen eye for detail and precision in evaluation work - Capacity to spot pronunciation mistakes, robotic pacing, grammatical awkwardness and dialect mismatches - Genuine interest in generative AI, language models and how conversational systems are designed Good to know: - No programming or coding background is necessary for this internship
