About the role: - Work on full-stack application development using Claude AI as a core development tool, from initial concept through to production deployment - Debug and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality and performance across your projects - Integrate multiple systems and services to create cohesive, end-to-end solutions - Participate in the complete development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, and launch What we're looking for: - Demonstrated passion for software development with a track record of building real applications - Strong ability to read, understand, and improve code generated by AI models rather than relying on AI as a substitute for your own technical thinking - Hands-on experience using Claude AI and connector tools in practical projects - Capability to architect connections between different platforms and systems to solve problems - Comfort working across the full stack to take ideas from concept to working product
