About the role: - Build and maintain web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks - Write clean, maintainable code that follows industry standards and best practices - Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy features - Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack of applications - Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the engineering team - Learn and adapt to new technologies as projects require What we're looking for: - B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a closely related field - Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience in software development - Strong grasp of programming fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis - Practical experience with at least one backend or frontend language such as Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Java - Working knowledge of HTTP, APIs, and how web systems communicate - Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts - Proficiency with Git and version control workflows - Self-directed problem-solving ability and willingness to learn independently Nice to have: - Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails through projects, tutorials, or professional work - Knowledge of React or another modern JavaScript framework - A deployed project to your name — whether an open source contribution, hackathon entry, or internship work - Exposure to agile methodologies and sprint-based development - Strong academic performance, though we value drive and intellectual curiosity just as much
