About the role: - Provide technical assistance to clients while coordinating with internal teams on support matters - Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, applying systematic troubleshooting to identify root causes - Manage multiple support requests simultaneously in a high-volume environment, balancing competing priorities - Travel to client locations on a daily basis to deliver on-site technical support and assist with product launches - Maintain professional communication standards through email and direct interaction with external stakeholders and colleagues What you'll work on: - Supporting clients through problem identification and solution delivery - Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth technical operations - Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong working relationships - Documenting and reporting on technical issues and resolutions - Handling day-to-day support responsibilities with a focus on client satisfaction What we're looking for: - Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a technical support or similar function - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Proficiency in written and spoken English for clear reporting and client interaction - Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to break down complex problems - Comfort with computer systems and technology fundamentals - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders - Sound judgment in decision-making and willingness to follow established processes - Capacity to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams - Willingness to travel daily to visit client sites as needed
