The role involves translating carbon accounting methodologies and ESG frameworks into product requirements while collaborating with designers and engineers on UX decisions and product flows. Candidates will write PRDs, own product execution end-to-end, define success metrics, conduct user interviews, and manage sprint execution while working closely with founders and cross-functional teams. Applicants should have one to two years of product management experience, strong written communication skills, familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, and the ability to write basic SQL queries. Experience in sustainability, B2B SaaS startups, technical product collaboration, and seed-stage company exposure are considered strong advantages for the position.
