About the role: - Partner with leadership to shape how Breathe ESG's products evolve, working across engineering, design, and business teams to bring ideas from concept to launch - Conduct user research and analyse feedback to uncover what customers need and translate those insights into clear product requirements - Track product performance using data and metrics, identifying opportunities to improve user satisfaction and business outcomes - Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives as part of an Agile workflow - Document product decisions, user stories, and feature specifications using tools like Notion and Jira What we're looking for: - Passion for product management, technology innovation, and creative problem-solving - Strong ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to inform decisions - Excellent written and spoken communication, especially when explaining complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders - Comfortable learning user research methods and applying them to understand pain points - Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with project management and design tools - Genuine interest in how Agile teams work and willingness to follow established processes - Collaborative mindset and comfort working alongside developers, designers, and product strategists - Meticulous attention to detail, sense of ownership over tasks, and genuine eagerness to grow Good to know: - Background in product-focused roles, startups, or previous internships is valued - Understanding of product metrics, user testing, and data-driven methodology strengthens your application Note: Subject: Application - Product Manager Intern
