Product Manager Intern (+PPO)

About the role: - You will support the product team in developing and refining features that help users understand and manage their environmental, social and governance footprint - Your work will involve researching market needs, gathering user feedback, and documenting how customer problems translate into product improvements - You'll contribute to the full product lifecycle by tracking feature progress, analysing user data, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities What you'll work on: - Conducting user research and analysing feedback to inform product decisions - Creating and maintaining product documentation, requirements, and specification materials - Working with engineers, designers and other departments to move features from concept to launch - Monitoring product performance through metrics and data to identify areas for enhancement - Supporting sprint planning and working within Agile development cycles What we're looking for: - A genuine enthusiasm for product management and solving complex problems through thoughtful design - Strong ability to write clearly and communicate ideas verbally to diverse audiences - Comfort working with spreadsheets, task management platforms and tools like Notion, Jira or similar applications - Skill in breaking down user challenges and requirements into actionable product features - Experience collaborating with people across different roles and departments - Demonstrated ownership of projects, meticulous attention to detail and genuine drive to develop your skills - Analytical mindset grounded in data, user behaviour and product metrics Good to know: - Familiarity with Agile and product development frameworks is valued - Any prior involvement with product work, previous internships or early-stage companies strengthens your application - A permanent offer (PPO) may be available based on strong performance during the internship Note: Subject: Application - Product Manager Intern.
