About the role: - You will gather business requirements from stakeholders and analyze them to inform strategic decisions - ERP system implementations and upgrades will receive your analytical support throughout their lifecycle - Cross-functional collaboration will help you identify inefficiencies and refine operational workflows - Data examination and reporting will form a core part of your output, delivering insights that drive business decisions What you'll work on: - Translating stakeholder needs into clear business requirements that technical teams can act on - Studying ERP platforms and supporting teams through implementation phases and system refinements - Bridging gaps between departments to uncover process optimization opportunities - Extracting, analyzing and visualizing data to produce reports that inform management decisions What we're looking for: - MBA qualification with a focus on Business Analytics - Working knowledge of ERP system architecture and deployment - Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - A genuine interest in learning from experienced professionals and making a measurable contribution to the organization
