About the role: - Deliver timely reports for your assigned business unit, supporting decision-making across the organization. - Back up the management team with analytical insights and reporting support on an ongoing basis. - Build and maintain a robust management information system that keeps operations running smoothly. - Examine data using statistical methods to uncover what the numbers mean. - Create systems for collecting and analyzing data that raise both the quality and speed of statistical work. - Source data from internal and external origins, then organize and store it in databases you maintain. - Spot trends and patterns in large, complex datasets and explain what they tell us about the business. - Turn analysis into written reports and presentations that convey findings clearly to senior stakeholders. What you'll work on: - Structuring data collection processes that feed into reliable reporting pipelines. - Designing dashboards and visual reports that help teams track performance daily, weekly, and monthly. - Translating raw data into concrete recommendations that teams can act on. - Supporting multiple business lines with reporting infrastructure and ad hoc analytical requests. - Refining data systems to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort over time. What we're looking for: - Solid grounding in data analysis and how to draw conclusions from data. - Advanced skill with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation. - Clear communication in English, both spoken and written. - Proven track record of creating reports and dashboards that drive business insights. - Talent for explaining data findings to non-technical stakeholders in ways they can understand and use. Good to know: - This is an internship position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role (PPO).
