About the role: - Test applications and software products by executing manual test cases and identifying defects - Document bugs found during testing with clear details for the development team - Verify that fixes address the reported issues and work as intended - Collaborate with QA and development teams to improve product quality What you'll work on: - Execute test scenarios across different modules and features of applications - Create and maintain test cases based on requirements and specifications - Perform API testing using Postman to validate backend functionality - Report and track bugs through their lifecycle until resolution - Understand and follow the software development lifecycle and testing lifecycle in practice What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication to explain test results and issues clearly - Foundational understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies - Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes - Familiarity with writing and executing test cases - Experience or comfort with bug reporting and defect tracking - Prior exposure to Postman or similar API testing tools
