About the role: - Lead coordination of project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team efforts - Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and progress - Identify obstacles to project success and develop practical solutions to keep work on track - Manage communications through written updates, presentations, and regular team touchpoints - Drive accountability across team members while supporting them to deliver their best work What we're looking for: - A degree in a technical field such as computer science, software engineering, information technology, or equivalent demonstrated expertise through your own chosen path - Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong presentation abilities - Proven track record of academic excellence in both secondary and tertiary education - Demonstrated leadership experience during your school or university years - A mindset that pushes beyond minimum requirements to achieve exceptional outcomes - Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to navigate complex situations and find workable paths forward - Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and collaborate across groups - Comfort speaking up respectfully, receiving feedback openly, and contributing ideas without hesitation - Genuine engagement with technology through personal projects, side work, or self-directed learning - Personal accountability paired with self-direction; you manage your own progress and follow through on commitments - Curiosity about how things work and flexibility in adapting to new circumstances - Strong work ethic and confidence to perform well within a team of accomplished peers - Respect and appreciation for diversity, with the cultural awareness to work effectively across nationalities and backgrounds - Thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making Good to know: - This role requires international travel twice annually for company events, with trips lasting up to two weeks
