Agentic AI / Generative AI Developer

About this role

About the role: - Build and deploy intelligent systems that act autonomously, using agentic AI frameworks and generative AI models to solve complex business challenges - Architect solutions that combine large language models, retrieval systems, and decision-making logic to create intelligent workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into client-facing and internal-facing applications What you'll work on: - Design and implement agentic systems that can perceive, reason, and take action with minimal human intervention - Develop generative AI solutions including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and system optimization - Debug and optimize AI model performance, ensuring reliability and accuracy in production environments - Integrate foundation models and APIs with backend systems and databases What we're looking for: - 2 or more years of hands-on professional experience working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies in a full-time capacity - Strong understanding of large language models, prompting strategies, and AI system design patterns - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools commonly used in the field - Ability to translate business requirements into robust AI-driven technical solutions - Preference for candidates available to join early Note: Send resume with current CTC, expected CTC & notice period
