Business Analyst

About this role

About the role: - Review and assess existing business workflows to spot areas where processes can be made more efficient or effective. - Work with stakeholders to capture, organize, and record what the business requires from its systems and functions. - Create documentation including user stories, use cases, business requirement documents, process diagrams, and clear acceptance standards. - Participate in sprint planning sessions, help manage and refine the product backlog, oversee user acceptance testing, and join product review meetings. - Bridge business and technology teams by taking what the organization needs and working with engineers to build solutions that meet those needs. - Contribute to data analysis efforts and support the development and refinement of the product roadmap. What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline. - Grounding in IT-OT (Information Technology and Operational Technology) integration, including hands-on knowledge of PLCs, servers, sensors, and the devices that connect them. - Strong capacity for analytical thinking, breaking down complex problems, and communicating ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience or familiarity with SQL, Azure Data Tools, ETL processes, Advanced Excel, or Power BI is valued but not required. - Male candidates.
