About the role: - Address operational constraints in areas such as routing, rostering, slot design, and field capacity management. - Construct learning systems for pricing that improve continuously as they gather data. - Build systems to suggest and rank vehicles, connecting prospective buyers to the cars most likely to match their needs. - Design and implement AI agents that handle operational workflows including triage, scheduling, negotiation, quality control, and exception handling to move the business toward autonomous operations. - You will solve problems that touch many parts of the business—from supply chain to customer experience—and your work will shape how Cars24 serves buyers and sellers. What you'll work on: - Partnering with senior leadership and experienced engineers who bring strong technical and domain expertise. - Taking full ownership of substantial technical problems from conception through production deployment. - Redesigning business workflows and processes to unlock efficiency and revenue. - Building, tuning, and scaling the AI systems that power Cars24's core operations.
