About this role
About the role: - Tackle operational problems centered on vehicle routing, staff scheduling, time-slot allocation, and workforce capacity management. - Build pricing intelligence systems with feedback mechanisms that improve their accuracy and effectiveness over repeated cycles. - Create matching engines and sorting algorithms that connect prospective buyers to appropriate vehicle inventory. - Guide the transition of business workflows—including intake triage, appointment scheduling, price negotiation, quality assurance, and unexpected issue resolution—toward autonomous AI agents that run with minimal human intervention. What you'll do: - Partner closely with senior leadership and collaborate with a capable cross-functional team. - Own substantial strategic initiatives and move validated concepts into live systems at speed. - Redesign how the business operates at key junctures and track performance shifts against clear metrics. - Build proficiency in designing, running, and expanding complex business and operational systems. How we operate: - Decision-making is merit-based; hierarchy stays flat and the strongest reasoning shapes choices. - You drive your work forward with autonomy; experimentation and iteration happen without requiring pre-approval. - The team cycle through forming hypotheses, validating them through tests, absorbing lessons from what doesn't work, and iterating on the model. What you'll bring: - Strong foundation in product strategy and the ability to connect user needs to business outcomes. - Experience defining, building, and improving algorithmic systems or data-driven features. - Comfort with ambiguity and appetite for testing ideas in uncertain environments. - Drive to move fast, learn from setbacks, and refine approaches based on real-world feedback.
