About the role: - Diagnose performance bottlenecks across business funnels and dig into the root causes of dips - Partner closely with operational teams to strengthen and scale businesses - Drive decisions grounded in data analysis rather than intuition - Take accountability for business results, moving beyond passive reporting into active ownership What you'll work on: - Building and refining SQL queries to extract and validate data from multiple sources - Creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Tableau that surface actionable insights - Leveraging large language models to write, test, and optimize SQL code faster - Developing agents and automations that reduce manual analysis work - Crafting effective prompts to extract maximum value from AI tools in your analysis workflows - Surfacing critical business questions without waiting to be asked What we're looking for: - Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets - Meticulous approach to data quality and the discipline to reconcile figures until they align perfectly - Skill in translating raw data into concrete business decisions rather than stopping at visualization - Comfort working in an AI-native environment and using LLMs as analytical partners - Hands-on experience building agents and automations - Strong ability to frame precise prompts that guide LLMs toward accurate outputs - Solid problem-solving and analytical foundation - Proactive mindset focused on identifying and solving problems before escalation - Ownership mentality oriented toward outcomes and impact
