About the role: - Solve operational problems related to routing, rostering, slot design, and field capacity to streamline business processes. - Build pricing systems with feedback loops that improve their accuracy and effectiveness continuously. - Create recommendation and ranking engines that connect car buyers with suitable inventory. - Architect AI agents capable of managing tasks such as triage, scheduling, negotiation, quality control, and exception handling to move the business toward autonomous operations. What you'll work on: - Partner with senior leadership and experienced colleagues on high-priority challenges. - Take full ownership of complex problems from conception through deployment to production. - Redesign how the business operates and measure the business results of your work. - Build and operate business systems at scale, learning what it takes to make them work reliably.
