About the role: - Support the execution and strategy of the Grand Startup Challenge, an initiative to foster entrepreneurship - Coordinate across multiple initiatives and workstreams simultaneously - Liaise with external stakeholders, partner organizations, and internal senior leadership - Contribute to event planning, campaign execution, and program delivery What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools and automation platforms - Demonstrated track record building bots, scripts, or custom tools to streamline workflows - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis - Comfort creating presentations and communicating complex ideas in writing - Prior involvement in event organization, club leadership, startup operations, or marketing campaigns - Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to shifting demands - Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across organizational levels - A mindset oriented toward leveraging technology to solve operational challenges - Background or genuine interest in the startup ecosystem or public policy (valued but not required)
