About the role: - Tackle operational problems spanning routing algorithms, workforce scheduling, time-slot architecture, and field team capacity planning. - Build intelligent pricing systems with feedback mechanisms that continuously learn and improve. - Design matching and ranking engines that connect potential buyers to suitable vehicles in the inventory. - Guide the transition toward AI-driven operations, where autonomous agents handle workflows including triage, appointment booking, buyer negotiation, quality assurance, and edge case resolution. What you'll do: - Partner closely with senior stakeholders and experienced colleagues across functions. - Take full ownership of high-impact problems from conception through shipped solutions. - Redesign workflows and processes to deliver measurable business results. - Build expertise in constructing, running, and expanding systems that drive operations at scale. - Shape how the business uses data and analytics to make decisions. - Collaborate across teams to translate operational insights into strategic initiatives.
