About this role

About the role: - Design solutions for operational challenges that span routing, rostering, slot design, and field capacity across the business. - Build pricing systems with learning loops that improve and refine themselves over time. - Create recommendation and ranking systems that connect buyers to cars suited to their needs. - Shape the shift toward agentic workflows where AI agents handle triage, scheduling, negotiation, quality control, and exception handling. - Work directly with leadership and collaborate with a strong team across the organization. - Own problems end-to-end and watch your work move into production with speed. - Redesign how core business processes work and measure the impact of those changes. - Learn the mechanics of building, operating, and scaling systems that power a business. How we approach the work: - Decisions are made by the strength of the argument, not by position or hierarchy. - You take full ownership of your work and run experiments without needing permission first. - The process is iterative: form a hypothesis, test it, learn from what fails, and rebuild based on what you find. What you'll bring: - Product design experience working on complex operational or marketplace systems. - Ability to think across business logic, user experience, and technical constraints. - Comfort moving between abstract strategy and concrete interaction design. - Willingness to work in an environment where ambiguity is normal and learning from failure is expected.
