About the role: - Tackle operational challenges in routing, rostering, slot design, and field capacity management. - Build and refine pricing systems with learning loops that continuously improve over time. - Create recommendation and ranking systems that connect buyers with cars matching their needs. - Lead the transition toward agentic workflows, where AI agents handle triage, scheduling, negotiation, quality control, and exception management. What you'll own: - Direct collaboration with leadership and experienced team members. - Full ownership of high-impact problems from conception through production launch. - Business process redesign with measurable outcomes. - End-to-end responsibility for building, operating, and scaling business systems.
