About the role: - Tackle operational challenges spanning routing, rostering, slot design, and field capacity management. - Build pricing systems with feedback loops that improve their own accuracy and effectiveness over time. - Create recommendation and ranking engines that connect potential buyers to the cars most suited to their needs. - Guide the transition toward AI-driven workflows, where intelligent agents handle triage, scheduling, negotiation, quality assurance, and exception resolution. - Partner closely with senior leadership and experienced engineers on your team. - Take full ownership of substantial technical problems and deliver solutions to production at speed. - Participate in reimagining core business processes and establishing metrics that prove your work's value. - Gain hands-on experience building, running, and expanding systems that directly support business operations.
