React Native Development - Intern

About the role: - You will develop and maintain features across mobile applications using React Native, writing code that powers user-facing functionality. - Building reusable components forms a core part of your work, alongside integrating APIs to create fluid experiences for app users. - You'll study how the app is structured, learn its navigation patterns, and trace feature flows to architect solutions that scale. - Performance and reliability fall to you: hunting down bugs, fixing them, and optimizing the app to run smoothly. - Understanding how customers move through the app—the journeys they take, the features they use—shapes how you build, ensuring every element serves the user. What you'll work on: - Collaborating with engineers and product managers to design, build, and iterate on app features. - Writing and refining components that other developers will reuse across the codebase. - Connecting frontend code to backend systems via API integration. - Debugging, testing, and improving app performance in real conditions. What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with React Native development. - Knowledge of Android and mobile application development fundamentals. - Ability to read and understand existing code and architecture. - Attention to detail when shipping features and fixing issues. - Willingness to learn from teammates and improve your craft through feedback.
