About the role: - Launch your career in technical recruitment at a forward-thinking technology company - Engage with cutting-edge developments in data, cloud infrastructure, and engineering domains - Move through the complete recruitment workflow from sourcing to candidate placement - Operate within a dynamic, fast-moving setting where you manage many concurrent projects What you'll work on: - Source engineering talent using Boolean Search techniques across job boards and social platforms - Navigate Naukri and LinkedIn to identify qualified candidates for technical roles - Partner with hiring teams to understand skill requirements and cultural fit - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to assess fit - Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications - Maintain organized records and track candidate progress through recruitment stages - Build relationships with passive candidates and passive talent networks What we're looking for: - Proficiency with Boolean Search methodology for candidate discovery - Hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn recruiting platforms - Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills for data management and reporting - Clear communication in both speaking and writing - Natural ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams - Talent for organizing information and priorities across multiple ongoing searches - Interest in understanding data technologies, cloud platforms, and software engineering roles - Willingness to master every phase of the hiring process Good to have: - Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem positions including Azure and Power Platform - Prior involvement in campus recruitment drives - Experience with ATS or HRMS software platforms - Background in employer branding initiatives - Knowledge of recruiting through social media channels
