About this role
About the role: - You will work on building and experimenting with AI systems, focusing on applied engineering rather than pure research or theory. - You will engage with emerging areas including large language models, autonomous agents, automation pipelines, browser automation, computer vision systems, and backend infrastructure that powers AI applications. - You will take ownership of projects from conception through implementation, debugging issues independently and iterating on your work. What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of coding fundamentals and the ability to write clean, functional code across multiple languages or frameworks. - A track record of shipping personal or group projects that showcase your technical initiative and problem-solving. - Quick learner who can pick up new tools, libraries, and paradigms without extensive hand-holding. - Strong debugging instincts and persistence when code doesn't work as expected. - Genuine curiosity about how autonomous systems function and what makes them reliable or unreliable in practice. - Drive to build working prototypes and experiment with ideas rather than only reading or planning. - Willingness to learn on the job; prior professional AI experience is not required if you demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals. Note: Deadline: October 4, 5.30 pm
