About the role: - Lead daily standups and manage follow-up communications with team members - Create technical documentation including requirement specifications, support articles, and release notes - Oversee Jira administration, maintain bug tracking systems, and update product roadmap registers - Execute platform quality assurance through sanity testing, user experience audits, and user acceptance testing - Analyse competitor products through detailed teardowns and translate findings into actionable insights - Design basic wireframes to visualize product concepts and features What you'll work on: - Cross-functional collaboration to ensure product requirements are clearly documented and communicated - Quality assurance processes to catch issues before they reach users - Product planning and competitive positioning through market analysis - User experience improvements based on systematic audits and testing Good to know: - This internship includes a potential performance-based conversion to a permanent position
