About the role: - Support recruitment activities and talent acquisition processes for the organisation - Assist in sourcing candidates across job portals and online platforms - Help screen resumes and manage candidate pipelines during hiring cycles - Coordinate communication with applicants and hiring managers - Maintain recruitment records and track open positions What we're looking for: - MBA in HR or any bachelor's degree with a genuine interest in human resources - Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment - Familiarity with how recruitment workflows function - Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates - Comfort working across multiple job boards and sourcing platforms - Enthusiasm for building teams and identifying talent - Comfort thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving work setting
