About the role: - Work on analytical projects that shape business decisions at Choice International Limited, a firm in financial services and broking - Support the analysis of market data, business metrics, and operational performance through structured inquiry and reporting - Build dashboards, prepare data summaries, and present findings to stakeholders What you'll work on: - Data preparation, cleaning, and organisation using spreadsheet tools - Creating pivot tables and performing multi-step calculations to uncover trends and patterns - Reaching out to business partners via phone to gather information and build relationships - Designing reports and visual summaries that help the team make faster decisions - Investigating business questions using available data and logical problem-solving What we're looking for: - Any graduate; those with a background in Commerce, Finance, or Economics are preferred - Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and SUMIF functions, pivot tables, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering - A mind built for analysis: you break problems into steps, spot patterns, and think critically about what data shows - Comfort with outbound calls and talking through ideas with business contacts - Clear and professional communication, both in writing and conversation - Spoken English that is fluent and confident - A detail-focused work style paired with the drive to take on tasks without waiting to be asked - Genuine interest in connecting with colleagues and partners, with natural interpersonal warmth Good to know: - Background in stock markets, broking, or financial services industries is a plus - Prior work with SQL, Python, Power BI, data dashboards, or analytical projects strengthens your fit - This is an internship with the possibility of a permanent offer (PPO) based on performance - Freshers are encouraged to apply
