About this role
About the role: - Help rebuild the Engineering Operations function from the start - Work on contractor management, non-manpower spend, and ticketing processes - Partner closely with EngOps, People & Culture, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering leadership What you'll do: - Build and run processes for contractor requests and extensions, working with P&C, Finance, and PMO - Create and keep updated a tracker for contractor requests, monitoring turnaround times and SLA performance - Work with Procurement on the Non-Manpower COGS initiative to identify cost savings and build vendor playbooks - Own and drive one AI or analytics use case to improve how these processes work - Raise and follow up on JIRA tickets, keeping requests moving across stakeholders What they're looking for: - Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field - University student or fresh graduate - Can work across multiple departments and manage different stakeholders - Well organised with strong attention to detail - Comfortable with JIRA and spreadsheets, or willing to learn them quickly - No technical background required, but genuine interest in building and running processes Good to know: - 6 month internship starting 1 November 2026 - No stipend mentioned in the job posting
