About the role: - Design and build AI/ML-based testing tools and frameworks for Cisco products - Ensure quality and stability of systems that simulate customer network environments with industrial IoT deployments - Work on AI-driven solutions for network monitoring, automation and optimization What you'll do: - Develop, test and maintain AI-powered tools using scripting and modern networking frameworks - Automate testing processes and create test plans and scripts - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes - Configure and validate network settings, analyze performance - Stay current with AI, networking and automation developments - Collaborate with senior engineers on network and AI feature design and testing - Build internal tools, proofs-of-concept and innovation projects - Document technical work and maintain team knowledge What they're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML or related engineering field - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or implementation - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them - Python programming or scripting skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability - Good communication skills - Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, protocols) is a plus Good to know: - Based in Bangalore - Full-time role
