About the role
- Work with investment teams to identify patterns in financial data and support decision-making through analysis and reporting
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders in the investment business
- Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Develop spreadsheet models and dashboards in Excel to track key metrics and trends
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Physics, or a closely related discipline
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with genuine enthusiasm for investment and financial markets
- Quick learner who can absorb new concepts rapidly and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas simply
- Creative problem-solver with the drive to innovate and deliver high-quality work
- Well-organized individual who manages multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Genuine interest in finance and pursuing a career in the investment industry
