Social Media Executive (Marketing)

About the role: - Own Cityfurnish's presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms - Create short-form and long-form video content for Reels, YouTube and social ads - Plan and execute the content calendar, publish posts and manage community engagement - Find and manage influencer collaborations from brief through to campaign execution - Spot emerging trends, formats and sounds and adapt them to the brand within hours What you'll do: - Script, shoot and edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut - Build visual narratives around lifestyle, products and behind-the-scenes moments - Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares and watch time to inform future content - Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand tone and campaign goals - Maintain a library of footage, templates and brand assets - Test new formats and approaches, measure results and iterate based on what performs What they're looking for: - 1+ years of experience - Deep familiarity with Instagram, Reels and viral content formats - Comfortable scripting, shooting and editing video content - Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or the Adobe suite - Initiative to create without waiting for direction and ownership of results - Ability to work at startup pace with changing priorities and limited resources - Creative, experimental approach while keeping content on-brand and relevant Good to know: - Plus factors: your own Instagram page, YouTube channel or content project; experience working with creators; comfort being on camera; familiarity with AI tools for content generation - Full-time role based in Gurugram - Cityfurnish is a Y Combinator-backed furniture and appliance rental platform operating across 7 cities
