About the role: - You'll contribute to building an AI-first platform designed to streamline insurance claims across India by eliminating unnecessary paperwork, reducing processing time, and providing transparent tracking - You'll work on genuine engineering tasks and product features alongside a lean, early-stage team - You'll take meaningful ownership of projects from conception through implementation - You'll develop full-stack applications using Python, Django, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS What you'll work on: - Building and improving next-generation software platforms that solve real problems for users - Creating practical applications that go beyond academic assignments and serve actual customers - Writing production-grade code that powers the core product - Collaborating closely with senior engineers to understand system design and best practices - Tackling features across the entire technology stack, from backend logic to frontend interfaces What we're looking for: - Demonstrated experience writing real, functional code - A portfolio of side projects or personal work that shows your capabilities - Strong interest in building software that solves genuine problems - Passion for moving beyond coursework into practical product development - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment Who can apply: - B.Tech students in Computer Science - BCA or MCA students - Recent graduates - Diploma holders - Your degree matters far less than your actual coding ability and the work you've done Good to know: - We use Python and Django on the backend - Our frontend is built with Next.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS - You'll be joining an early-stage team that values hands-on contribution - The focus is on learning through doing, not shadowing or busy work Note: Send your resume and GitHub/portfolio link, including your best side project
