About the role: - Develop and maintain enterprise web-based software systems that handle dynamic content, high scalability, and robust security implementations - Build scalable solutions using N-tier architectures and service-oriented design patterns - Contribute to modernization initiatives leveraging containerization and orchestration platforms - Work across the full software development lifecycle from design through quality assurance and deployment What you'll work on: - Front-end development with React and related web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and DHTML - Back-end services using .NET and C#, with emphasis on object-oriented design and multi-tiered application architecture - Database work with Oracle and PL/SQL for enterprise data management - API design and implementation following service-oriented architecture principles - Microservices and modular monolith patterns to build flexible, maintainable systems - Container-based deployment using Docker and Kubernetes or DAPR - Automation and continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines with tools like Azure DevOps pipelines or Jenkins - Integration of AI-powered development workflows and tools such as GitHub Copilot What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience - 2–4 years working in software development, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices - Strong grasp of .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Oracle PL/SQL fundamentals - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-tiered design, and enterprise architecture patterns - Proven hands-on experience building modern front-end applications with React - Capability to write and consume APIs and work comfortably with scripting - Knowledge of AI and machine learning basics, including generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and agentic or automated development workflows - Understanding of containerization, orchestration, and application modernization techniques - Experience deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments Bonus qualifications: - Background in scientific data, medical devices, or healthcare software systems - Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
