Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role: - Work with CloudReft's recruitment team to find and evaluate talent across multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods - Review applications and resumes to identify promising candidates who fit role requirements - Set up and coordinate interview schedules, managing logistics between hiring managers and applicants - Keep recruitment databases and tracking systems current and well-organized - Help create job postings and distribute them to relevant job boards and platforms - Take on HR team administrative tasks as needed to support smooth hiring operations Building the employer brand: - Participate in activities designed to strengthen CloudReft's reputation as an employer - Engage with talent communities and prospective candidates to build long-term relationships - Help create a welcoming experience for everyone who applies, from first contact through final decision What we're looking for: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Engineering - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding setting - Practical experience with LinkedIn, job search platforms, and standard recruitment software - Meticulous attention to detail combined with self-driven initiative - Genuine passion for talent acquisition work and employer brand development
