About the role: - Backend systems and infrastructure development to support scalable web applications and services - Writing, testing and maintaining server-side code that powers the core functionality of our products - Collaborating with frontend teams and other engineers to design and implement APIs and data models - Diagnosing and fixing bugs, optimizing performance bottlenecks, and refactoring legacy code - Participating in code reviews and contributing to engineering best practices What we're looking for: - 1–2.5 years of professional backend development experience - Strong foundation in at least one server-side programming language - Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture principles - Problem-solving mindset and ability to write clean, maintainable code - Female candidates are preferred for this role
