About the role: - CodeLamda Technologies is hiring backend developers to join its engineering team - This is a backend-focused position where you will design, build and maintain server-side systems and APIs that power applications - You will work on database optimization, system architecture and integration of various backend services What you'll work on: - Developing and deploying backend services and microservices - Writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews - Troubleshooting performance issues and scaling systems to handle growing demand - Collaborating with frontend teams and product managers to meet requirements - Building and refining internal tools and infrastructure What we're looking for: - 1–2.5 years of professional backend development experience - Strong grasp of server-side programming languages and frameworks - Experience designing and working with databases and APIs - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good to know: - 2 positions available - Female candidates are preferred
