About this role
About the role: - Lead a full-stack development team through the planning, design and delivery of web and application platforms - Mentor developers on architectural decisions, code quality and best practices across frontend and backend systems - Own the technical strategy for assigned projects and guide the team through implementation phases - Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions - Conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements in the codebase - Manage sprint planning, task allocation and progress tracking for your team What we're looking for: - 2.5–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and team leadership - Strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies - Demonstrated ability to architect systems that balance scalability, maintainability and performance - Experience mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment - Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in code and design decisions
