About the role: - You'll drive daily logistics operations across warehouse and delivery functions, ensuring smooth execution of orders from receipt through shipment - Lead floor teams to meet targets, maintain standards, and solve problems in real time - Build and refine processes that reduce errors, cut costs, and scale with the business - Own accountability for inventory accuracy, staff performance, and customer delivery timelines What you'll work on: - Managing warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and keeping teams focused on metrics that matter - Identifying bottlenecks in operations and implementing fixes rather than just reporting issues - Coordinating with other departments to ensure logistics supports broader business goals - Monitoring KPIs like on-time delivery, picking accuracy, and labor productivity - Training team members on procedures and reinforcing a culture of precision and speed What we're looking for: - 0–2 years of experience in fast-paced, hands-on operations, with startup experience a plus - Warehouse or logistics experience preferred - Strong process orientation with meticulous attention to detail - Ability to lead a team on the floor and drive accountability - Bias for action: you spot problems and move to fix them without hesitation
