About the role: - Oversee the complete journey of orders from Comet's warehouse to customers across India and internationally - Coordinate with logistics partners and internal warehouse teams to prevent bottlenecks and delays - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complications that arise during delivery - Identify process improvements that increase operational speed and efficiency on an ongoing basis - Manage day-to-day logistics workflows and ensure timely order fulfillment - Monitor shipment status and track deliveries to guarantee on-time arrival - Liaise between customers, courier services, and warehouse operations to keep shipments moving What we're looking for: - A person driven by results who takes initiative when work stalls or problems emerge - Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they become obstacles - Comfort communicating directly with customers and partners by phone - Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments - Genuine commitment to ensuring customers receive their orders without delay - Problem-solving mindset and willingness to dig into operational challenges - Reliability and follow-through on commitments made to customers and teams
