About the role: - You'll manage day-to-day warehouse operations at a fast-growing company, overseeing inventory flow, stock organization, and order fulfillment - Lead and coordinate the warehouse team on the floor, ensuring consistent execution and ownership of tasks - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions without waiting for sign-off - Work hands-on in a startup environment where you're expected to jump in wherever needed What we're looking for: - 0–2 years of experience in high-energy, hands-on operations roles - Startup background is an advantage - Background in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred) - Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to process discipline - Ability to lead, motivate and hold team members accountable to standards - Action-oriented mindset: you spot inefficiencies and drive fixes rather than just reporting problems
