About the role: - Deploy solutions directly at client sites, acting as the technical bridge between Commure's product team and healthcare customers - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, implement features, and resolve technical challenges in real time - Contribute to product development by gathering feedback from the field and identifying gaps between current capabilities and customer requirements - Support clients through deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of the platform What you'll work on: - Full-stack engineering across the product lifecycle, from initial architecture through deployment and client support - Backend and frontend development using Python, Javascript, React, and SQL - Building products from the ground up, with experience shipping 0-1 projects - System design decisions that balance client needs with technical feasibility What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 1+ years of professional software engineering experience - Strong grasp of full-stack engineering principles and system design fundamentals - Proficiency in Python, Javascript, React, and SQL - Proven ability to take products from concept to launch - Sharp problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills - Comfort working directly with clients, asking good questions, and building trust - Adaptability and genuine interest in the fast-paced, customer-centric healthcare sector
