About the role: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and support requests via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels - Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues related to CraftMyPlate's services - Provide timely and courteous responses to maintain customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback for the team What we're looking for: - Fluent spoken Telugu, as the majority of customer conversations occur in this language - Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and comfort with high call volumes - Polite, articulate, and patient demeanor when communicating with customers - Proficiency with smartphones, WhatsApp messaging, and computer systems - Ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously - Strong listening skills and attention to detail when addressing customer needs
