About this role
About the role: - Own the complete recruitment journey for open positions, spanning initial candidate discovery through final offer discussions and onboarding coordination - Identify and attract talent across multiple channels including Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms - Screen applicants, initiate outreach calls, and run preliminary evaluations to assess fit - Arrange interview sessions and liaise between candidates and internal hiring teams to keep processes moving - Lead compensation discussions, distribute offer letters, and ensure smooth transitions for new hires - Build and nurture candidate databases, synthesize interviewer input, and validate references before commitment - Craft and refine sourcing plans designed to hit recruitment volume and timeline goals What we're looking for: - Strong written and verbal communication that works equally well with candidates and colleagues - Proven fluency with recruitment platforms, especially Naukri.com and similar job boards - Background in hiring for International BPO roles is a plus - Comfort thriving in a busy, metrics-focused setting with ambitious hiring numbers - Drive to meet targets while managing multiple candidates and conversations in parallel
