About the role: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions - Gather, document, and validate information from stakeholders across the organization - Work with data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement - Prepare detailed reports and presentations that support business planning and optimization efforts What you'll work on: - Conducting thorough assessments of current business processes and systems - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and define solutions - Creating specifications and requirements documentation for technical and non-technical audiences - Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment between deliverables and business objectives What we're looking for: - A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a business analysis or data analysis role - Strong written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex information clearly - Capability to adapt to different shift schedules, including day shifts and US time zone hours - Comfort working independently and as part of a team on varied analytical projects Good to know: - This is a full-time position - Work schedule is Monday to Friday
