About the role

• Deliver functioning software directly to clients rather than working on training exercises
• Leverage AI tools including Claude, Cursor, and AI agents as your primary development approach
• Take complete ownership of assignments from initial problem definition through deployment to production
• Build automations and dashboards serving design agencies, logistics companies, e-commerce platforms, and financial services firms including CA practices
• Contribute to proprietary products at various stages from conception through market launch
• Tackle diverse projects that shift weekly, such as operations dashboards for logistics, automated compliance workflows for accounting firms, and new functionality in established products

What we're looking for

• Strong grasp of software fundamentals including APIs, databases, and the architecture connecting frontend and backend systems
• Proficiency with AI development tools that let you produce high-quality results within hours rather than days
• Self-direction and initiative to identify next steps without requiring constant instruction
• Intellectual range across multiple technical domains and comfort working beyond any single programming language or framework
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new problems and technologies
• Willingness to engage with real business challenges and client needs

What matters and what doesn't

• Your actual shipped work, especially anything built with AI assistance, outweighs conventional credentials
• No need for an impressive resume, selective college admission, or extensive prior experience
• A GitHub portfolio or past projects are helpful but not required if you can demonstrate capability otherwise
