Process Automation Analyst

About the role: - Analyze and streamline business processes across operations to reduce manual work and boost efficiency - Design and implement automation solutions using spreadsheets, scripting, and available tools - Own problems end-to-end: identify bottlenecks, propose fixes, and drive adoption of improvements - Support teams by automating repetitive tasks and building dashboards for visibility What you'll work on: - Building advanced spreadsheet models with lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning workflows - Writing basic automation scripts or queries using SQL, Python, or JavaScript where applicable - Creating data visualizations and dashboards to surface insights - Testing and refining processes before rollout to ensure quality - Documenting workflows and training users on new systems - Exploring and integrating AI tools to accelerate automation initiatives What we're looking for: - Graduate degree: BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), B.Tech, B.Com with demonstrated technical skills, or MBA in Operations/Systems - 1-2 years of professional experience - Expert-level spreadsheet proficiency including advanced formulas, data transformations, and pivot table analysis - Strong attention to detail with structured, methodical thinking - Curiosity about how processes work and genuine interest in making them better - Fluent English communication skills - Comfort using AI tools independently and enthusiasm for automating your own work - Portfolio demonstrating past automations, dashboards, or process improvements you have built Nice to have: - Background in SaaS support, ERP operations, or business analysis through internship or employment - Fluency in Hindi or Kannada - Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript - Experience with business process optimization or continuous improvement methodologies Good to know: - This role focuses on process optimization and automation across business operations, not software quality assurance or QA automation - RPA certifications are not required or expected Note: Email your resume and one example of your work
