About the role: - Shape visual storytelling by assembling raw footage into polished, engaging videos that meet client briefs and broadcast standards - Work with multiple editing software platforms and apply colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance productions - Collaborate with directors, producers and creative teams to interpret their vision and deliver final cuts on schedule What you'll work on: - Edit footage from various sources including interviews, documentaries, commercials and social media content - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines - Troubleshoot technical issues with media files, codecs and timeline problems - Incorporate visual effects, transitions and animations that strengthen narrative flow - Ensure consistency in style, pacing and audio levels across all deliverables What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of professional video editing experience - Proficiency with industry-standard editing software - Strong understanding of pacing, composition and visual storytelling - Ability to work in a team environment and take creative direction - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering broadcast-quality work - Self-motivation and willingness to learn emerging tools and techniques
