About the role: - Contribute to the creation and refinement of product concepts from initial ideas through multiple design stages - Model products in three dimensions and make adjustments based on feedback and design goals - Prepare files and digital models suitable for 3D printing and rapid prototyping workflows - Operate 3D printing equipment and oversee the prototyping process to bring designs to life - Conduct hands-on assessment of physical prototypes, gathering performance data and identifying areas for enhancement - Help shape retail-facing products, point-of-sale displays, store fixtures, and other commercial product categories - Examine available materials, production techniques, and technical approaches to solve product challenges - Work alongside designers to transform creative concepts into designs that can actually be manufactured at scale What you'll bring: - Familiarity with 3D modeling software and design tools - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties - Strong attention to detail and ability to work through multiple design iterations - Willingness to learn hands-on technical skills like 3D printing and prototyping - Ability to take feedback constructively and collaborate within a team environment
