About the role: - Work on data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, applying computational methods to solve real-world organisational challenges - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine data pipelines and analytical solutions - Contribute to reporting frameworks and dashboards that inform business decisions What we're looking for: - Pursuing or have recently completed a B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, or a related field - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel - Strong capacity for analytical reasoning, systematic problem-solving, and meticulous work - Ability to engage productively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, explaining findings clearly to different audiences - Keen interest in learning emerging technologies and methodologies in the data space Nice to have: - Familiarity with Power BI, Databricks, PySpark, ETL/ELT workflows, time-series analysis, or machine learning concepts - Full-stack development experience or exposure - Academic or project experience in analytics, data engineering, or business reporting
